Learn Top Search Engine Optimization and Marketing Skills at Las Vegas SEO Mastery Workshop, March 20-24,2006
Robin Nobles and John Alexander will conduct the Ultimate SEO Mastery Workshop in Las Vegas, Nevada on March 20 thru 24. This 5-Day workshop offers personalized, step by step, hands-on SEO instruction, direct from the experts in person. Participants study exact skills they need to bring high exposure to their Web sites from major search engines.
Toronto, ON February 25, 2006 -- Robin Nobles and John Alexander are International educators who have attracted attendees to attend their private, limited enrollment, search engine workshops from locations around the world.
John Alexander, Co-Director of Training and Education for http://www.SearchEngineWorkshops.com explains that "One of the reasons people come to our workshop, is because they need to master real search engine optimization (SEO) skills in the minimum amount of time. For this reason, we've reduced the complete learning process down to a 5-Day workshop which is also then followed by a 6 month mentoring program afterwards."
John added that "Some people travel from as far away as Belgium, Italy, Israel, UK, Africa and across the United States and Canada to build top SEO placement skills with us. Many people have Web sites, but often they need some help along the way when it comes to learning how to get legitimate traffic to their Web site."
We are very proud of our graduate student's successes:

Alexander explains, "The people who attend our search engine workshops are usually in one of three groups. We have people who are business owners and are focused on learning the SEO skills to increase their visibility to their Web site. Then we have the SEO professionals, (those who perform search engine marketing as a business service to others) who come to us on a regular basis just to keep their skills up to speed. They may come to a workshop once or more per year just to keep up with the very latest changes and SEOtechniques. Finally, there are the general Webmasters, who range from affiliate marketing professionals to Web development companies that want to genuinely learn how to attract quality traffic."
"Regardless of their type of background, they all have one thing in common. They are all tend to be very serious about their Web business and they all need to get results in the minimal amount of learning time. It is for this reason we limit our enrollment to smaller class numbers, so that we can interface with each participant and work with them on building true SEO skills. Each attendee is evaluated every day to ensure they understand each step of the process. By the end of day 5, we have students in excellent shape to return to their office with skills, which they can begin to use immediately to make an impact on their search engine visibility. We have also included a 6-month mentoring program to offer ongoing support so if the student ever feels they need some mentoring assistance, we are there for them."
Our 5-Day SEO Workshop students do extremely well if they follow the techniques and methods that we personally teach them in class. Most people are excited to learn how to make a difference in their Web site and are surprised with the personal attention that we give them with lots of hands-on practice.
In summary, John Alexander states, "The essential thing for everyone to understand is that you never need to try and trick or "fool" any search engine. We do not teach tricks because you don't need to be sneaky to gain top visibility on major search engines. What we do teach you is exactly how to build true relevancy into your Web site. Our techniques and methods offer students understanding into exactly how search engines work and so, by building strategies that involve top content of exceptional value and true relevancy, everyone from the visitor, to the search engines themselves are happy."
1. The search engines are happy because your pages are "truly relevant" for the search terms being used.
2. The searcher (or online customer) is happy because they can find what they want much easier in a search.
3. The Web site owner is much happier because they are not only getting top exposure and visibility for their Web sites, but they're doing more real business online.
"We teach many other important topics in the workshop which as far as I know, are not taught anywhere else."

KEI Observation Deck - Feb. 2, 2006
Welcome to the KEI Observation Deck
Today, just for fun, I thought we'd have a quick look at average keywords compared to better "long tailed" keywords. As you know from Wordtracker use, the higher the KEI value - the bigger the window of opportunity (usually.)
Okay, let's start with three different terms that gradually improve with each phrase...
"auto sound proofing" KEI 62.9
"car sound proofing" KEI 111.8
"engine compartment sound proofing" KEI 188.8
----------------------------
Sometimes just a little shift in thinking reveals massive opportunity within just minutes or even seconds....
Consider the phrase "joint venture" with a KEI of 0.0 and a competing page count of 46,700,000
Looks pretty competitive right?
Now consider this....
"joint venture financing and investors" KEI 1792.0 and only just currently 7 competing pages.
----------------------------------------
Did you know one of the biggest problems that SEOs have with keyword research?
Many SEOs do not ever learn how to quickly tap into the best information, because the human mind is so pre-programmed with keywords, it often prevents them from actually exploring great data. The reason why is because we have this keyword hunt mentality and we tend to "think" that we already know the best keywords.
The second biggest problem that SEOs have, once they do find the data, is that they do not learn to take immediate action with their findings. Why should it take an average of 21 days for the average SEO to impliment a strategy when it could probably be set in place immediately most of the time.
----------------------------------------
Let's look at another quick phrase comparison....
"working capital" KEI 0.005 (dreadfully competitive at 9,860,000 competing pages)
But consider....
"working capital from collateral enhancements" KEI 3136.0 (only 4 competing pages for this exact phrase cluster)
----------------------------------------
I am not suggesting anything but doing a little better research on all of the data and grabbing the wonderful opportunities that exist quickly and act upon them.
Other quick observations today:
"auto collision crush measurements" KEI 1764.0
"process color measurement" KEI 2660.0
"mailbox" KEI 0.005 with 74,400,000 competing pages
"wallmount outdoor mailboxes" KEI 316.0 with only 316 competing pages
"heavy-built mailboxes" KEI 385.9 with only 209 competing pages
All I try to do is encourage people to explore the wealth of data very quickly that is available in Wordtracker. At our live hands-on SEO Workshops we teach people how to access the best data quickly. Then as the training week goes on, we'll also teach you all you need to know to compete and go after those low KEI phrases too.
Do you need a little more practice with Wordtracker? Try using a little magic.
Drop by more more KEI Observations real soon.
Best regards
John Alexander
