Wordtracker Keyword Observations from the KEI Observation Deck - By John Alexander

Welcome to the KEI Observation Deck.

Okay, let get back to some general observations that may be of interest to just about anyone. For any affiliate Marketers who
are tuning in, let's examine some unusual niche products that
are in fair to high demand.

So as our guide, a KEI value of 100 (could be a good phrase)but
a KEI value of 400 (may be considered an excellent phrase.) Basic
rule of thumb is, the higher that KEI value the bigger your window
of opportunity for good traffic based on "low hanging fruit."

If a KEI value of 400 is excellent....how cool would it be to show
you a KEI of 4000 or who knows...maybe 40,000! Okay, then...here
we go with some magical stuff for you affiliate marketers in 3 minutes flat.

Are you looking for a topic for a e-book? Just a suggestion....but
folks seem to want to know about:

"craft project ebooks" KEI is 301.0

"Backhoe Operators Hand Signals" the KEI is 2952.1

Okay...now we're on a roll - forget the e-book for now:

"Industrial Air Corrections Equipment" KEI 416.0

"How to use leak-down compression tester" KEI 841.0

"best eye make up concealer" KEI 284.1

"baby handprint crafts" 1169.2

"pension administration mistakes" KEI 1369.0

"best cat urine cleaner" KEI 1032.0

"best dog urine cleaner" KEI 3262.0

"led color tester" KEI 2195.2

"panel color tester" KEI 2439.1

"led color testers" KEI 30,976.0

Don't forget, I'll be teaching my very latest "keyword forensics"
all next week at out live hands-on SEO Workshop April 24-28.
We've got some very exciting skill building stuff lined up for you.

There are still a couple spots left if you'd like to join us
for personal SEO skill building. Register today and I'll see
you next week in class.

KEI Observation Deck

Hi and Welcome to the KEI Observation Deck.

It's John Alexander here. Before we go back to some random behavioral observations of peoples searching interests on the same theme as the last couple of days...Real Estate.

One of the easy things that a Real Estate professional can learn to do, is to explore the conditions of their client's lives when they are in specific circumstances leading up to a move. This is one of the most fascinating studies you can do for your business that will lead you to discovering entirely new audiences which you can in turn attract to your Web site.

At our live SEO workshop, we teach people how to excel at studying behaviors of their buying audience. As I explain in my e-book, it is more about behaviors than it is about keywords....and yet sometimes there are huge advantages in just the smallest phrase combinations.

Okay...so let's take a different approach again for Real Estate brokers and agents. What type of behavior might YOUR client be involved in when considering a move to another city?

Let's see what we can find today...

How about a "cost of living" analysis or comparrison?

The phrase "cost of living" has a KEI of 0.032 and 39,200,000 competing pages for that exact phrase.

Now notice that with just slight variations you can still find genuine phrases that are really being searched, but much less competitive. Now at our Advanced SEO Workshop it really does not matter, because we teach you exactly how to compete for the more competitive phrases and how to get ranked for them too. However, if you are feeling like working quite so hard, there is nothing wrong with using a long tail keyword phrase that is less competitive, so long as it brings you genuine traffic.

Examples:

"cost of living" KEI 0.032
Competing pages 39,200,000

"cost of living comparisons" KEI 0.658
Competing pages 98,100

"cost of living comparison by city" KEI 1.360
Competing pages 356

"COST OF LIVING canada to usa" KEI 400.0
Competing pages 0

"Cost of Living Global Comparison" KEI 784.0
Competing pages 1

Okay, but that's not all I found.
Actually I quickly counted up at 33 variations based on this topic and in each instance the competing page count was less than 500. The challenge is for most people, that they never find these phrases or think about them or else they take hours and hours of research to find them. I found them all (and I'm sure there are more) in about less than 90 seconds flat.

Next, what about the more competitive search terms. You know, those low KEI phrases that everyone wishes they could get. Those highly competitive terms.

Can you obtain top rankings for those? (I hear you ask?)
Yes, you actually can get rankings for those competitive phrases and that is just one of the things we teach our students at our hands-on SEO Workshop.

Would you like to learn?

Then join me in person next week on April 24-28.

Here is our 5-Day Agenda.

Register online to attend the 5-Day Workshop and just grab your laptop computer and bring it along.

I'll look forward to meeting you in person. We have a wealth of great information to teach you and we'll help you build your SEO skills right up to speed. After class, you have access to all of our resources and your tuition also includes our 6 month mentoring program.

KEI Observation Deck - Short video tutorial for Real Estate Agents

Welcome to the KEI Observation Deck.

It's John Alexander here again with a short little video that I made to demonstrate to Real Estate Agents that you can find good keywords in the toughest competitive marketplaces.

In yesterday's post, I gave you just a few examples of keywords for Real Estate. In today's post, I'm going to teach you a simple way to quickly extract the best information from Wordtracker's member area.

Turn up your computer sound and watch this short video on:
Real Estate Keywords.

If you enjoy this short video, then think about how much more you could learn by attending our newest class on "Keyword Forensics." I teach this class personally on April 26 next week as part of our hands-on SEO Mastery Workshop.

We teach much more than SEO at this workshop including an array of our own private, white hat strategies that are not taught elsewhere. This workshop is ideal for any person or business that is in a highly competitive market and needs genuine top rankings for their Web site.

We have a limited number of seats that I expect will fill this week.
But please do not hesitate to contact me personally, if I can answer any question you have about our SEO Mastery skill building Workshop.

Highest regards,
John Alexander

KEI Observation Deck - Keywords for Real Estate

Keywords for Real Estate agents - based upon what people are search for on Google.

Welcome to the KEI Observation Deck on this fine Sunday April 26, 2006. It's John Alexander here. For this morning, I'm going to quickly dip into some high KEI keywords for Real Estate agents.

I always enjoy examining keywords and people's search behavior using a little Wordtracker Magic to quickly extract some of the most effective keywords from Wordtracker's Member area very quickly. No need to research things for hours....just dip in and explore what's happening.

Keyword phrase clusters for Real Estate Agents or people with homes for sale based on how people have been searching in the last 90 days. As you know a KEI value of 100 is considered good. A KEI value of 400 is considered excellent. The higher your KEI value, the bigger your window of opportunity to get ranked easily, without any stress.

Okay...so then despite one of the most competitive markets, let's see what just a few of the keywords I fould were in about 12 minutes of research....here we go:

"westwood homes for sale" KEI 1154.6

"bel air homes for sale" KEI 1222.7

"homes for sale in tarzana" KEI 1351.4

"holmby hills homes for sale" KEI 2899.0

"tarzana homes for sale" KEI 3021.3

"homes for sale holmby hills" KEI 3552.1

"sell your home in encino" KEI 4018.7

"sell your home in westwood" KEI 7424.0

Okay....more Keywords for Real Estate interests include:

"Hewlett Neck house listings" KEI 1696.6

"house listing Hewlett Bay Park" KEI 1966.5

"house listings long island" KEI 2712.0

"house listings in holmby hills" KEI 3256.8

"house listings in westwood" KEI 7137.9

And now let's check a few observations on Condominium
related searches...

"phoenix high rise condominiums" KEI 59.2

"saint paul condominium" KEI 63.3

"lake ozarks condominiums for sale" KEI 112.6

"north jersey condominiums" KEI 560.3

"Sunrise Condominium-Ormond-by-the-Sea, Florida" KEI 784.0

"Paradise Found condominium" KEI 1408.3

"ocean harbor condominiums florida keys" KEI 1681.0
