A few High KEI Keywords - For REALTORS and Real Estate Brokers
Welcome to the KEI Keyword Observation Deck.
Happy Mothers Day to all of you!
Today's keyword phrase observations will be of primary interest to those in the real estate industry or those SEOs who have REALTORS for a client.
Just a refresher for anyone new.
KEI means Keyword Effectiveness Index
According to Wordtracker, a KEI value of:
KEI 100 or higher is a good keyword phrase to target
KEI 400 or higher, is an excellent keyword phrase.
Rule of thumb: The higher the KEI value, the bigger the window of opportunity to get EASILY ranked for a phrase that is really being used by searchers.
Okay, applying a little magic....and here we go!
Here are just a few observations for you.....
