What is the quickest and most feature loaded HTML editor?

We hear this question asked all the time, often from new students who will say:

"John, what is the best HTML editor? I want something SEO friendly but also easy to use."

Here's the thing. Search engine love simplicity (and so do I.)
But I've never really been a graphic artist.

If you like simplicity, but you've never been able to capture that professional polished look to a Web page, (then maybe you are like me.)

While I've helped many folks gain SEO skills and learn powerful strategies for traffic, I have just never been a graphic designer.

So now I want to show you some screenshots of a Web site I am putting together and show you a very cool editor that I'm having a real ball working with. No, it's not DreamWeaver or FrontPage.
