Examples of Semantics related to "antique furniture"
If we want to consider MORE than synonyms, but all words that a search engine "thinks" are related to "antique furniture" then consider a few of these:
I did not get these from the Thesaurus, but they are definetely related to the phrase "antique furniture" based on a search engine's natural language processing:
walnut
oak
mahogany
porcelain
reproduction
eighteenth century
commodes
paintings
asian furniture
Carving
styles
rustic
glassware
plus a lot more.
It's easy to see how choosing secondary supporting words and working them into your Web copy can help you create more relevancy by using terms based on what the search engine "understands" rather than just using a Thesaurus.
Where I got the semantically related words was out of Wordtracker's FULL SEARCH function. Full Search will give you lists of words related to the keyword phrase you enter.
These words make great suggestions for modifying your content by mildly re-writing it using words that make sense to Googles AI.
When you are building links into your site from other locations, you want your links to be focused on your primary keyword phrase about 80% of the time. Then about 20% of the time you want to use these types of supporting terms where it makes sense and reads well.
Remember, that you never want your linking strategy to looked contrived. The technical term for this 20% variance is called "topic drift." Next, perhaps you want to examine your Web page in a whole new light of Natural Language Processing.
