This is true especially in the are of SEO or search engine optimization because there really is a ton of conflicting, mixed up advice out there.

After coming to our Search Engine Workshops to find out why his site was not performing in Google (we helped him understand why it had been banned due to some earlier Webmasters bad work) and taught Roy the SEO skills as we always have done. Roy came back to class a few times but the end result was that he turned his little start up company into a great success using the techniques and methods we taught.
Eventually, Roy built his business to such a high degree of visibility, that his competitor one day called him and said they could not compete!
Roy thought it must be a joke so Roy named some huge number that he would be willing to sell his business for. Roy was surprised to say the least when they replied, "Agreed, we close in 90 days." Sure enough Roy became a millionaire in 90 days.
How can you argue with that type of success.
