Don't get caught and penalized for buying paid links be aware of
the dangers of selling back links for the purpose of improving
rankings or PR. Usually you pay through the nose for this type of
scheme, but in the end you may extremely disappointed once you are
banned and you have thrown your money away.
I have recently seen more and more misinformation about buying links
so to keep it short, read what Google's Matt Cutts has to say about
it.
What does Google say about buying or selling links for the purpose
of ranking or increasing PR? It's simple. Don't do it.
Some SEOs and webmasters engage in the practice of buying and
selling links to try and pass PageRank, but disregarding the quality
of the links, the sources, and the long-term impact it will have on
their sites or their client sites.
Buying or selling links that pass PageRank is in violation
of Google's Webmaster Guidelines and can negatively impact a site's
ranking in search results.
The bottom line is beware of anyone (regardless who you hear it from)
that says you can buy paid links and sneak by. It's not SEO and will
most likely get you banned. There are plenty of opinions, but save
yourself the headaches later, by following Googles terms of service
and not violating them.

3. Grab an SEO Tip - The Importance of Establishing a Pages Objective
Strong calls to action work better once you've identified an
objective for each high performance page.
It's not always about selling something.
Your objective may be to educate, build loyalty, bring down some
misconception. Perhaps you want to build your permission based
subscriber list or dozens of other things that will make a
difference for your business.
Regardless of what the objective is, identify what it is that will
make each page a success and fulfill that objective. You can't
measure and benchmark progress without this.

4. 25 ways of adding quality content to your Web site
By Robin Nobles
We've known for a long time that quality matters to Google. In a
post Senior Google Engineer Matt Cutts made to his blog, "quality"
was mentioned several times as being important to Google.
Quality matters when it comes to content, and it matters when it
comes to links.
